Right now I am working as Associate Professor in Rajalakshmi College of Education,India. My educational qualification is m.phiL, M.Ed, and ph.D in Education. I have teaching experience in both School and College level.My interest in professional life is to carry out research in the field of open and distance education and how to improve the accountability of e-learning material through open and distance education.I am looking up to carry out post doctoral fellowship in this field. At present i am working in a private institution ,hence though I would like to improve upon my professional skills I am unable to do due to work constraints, therefore, I want to find a job in open University. I have contributed several papers in the field of open and distance education as well as in e-learning.
