I am Viji,Psychologist and Yoga Therapist.

professional background

I start my profession as a yoga therapist and physiotherapist. I am interested in psychology. then i did M.Phil in psychology. now i am a academic consultant in soss, TNOU.

my research work:

• the effect of yoga therapy for mentally retarded children.
• the effect of yoga therapy to reducing stress among diabetic patients
• the values of yoga for software professionals
• the environmental influence on yoga therapy to improve the attention and concentration for learning disable children.

my current research:

• the effect of cognitive behaviour therapy and yoga therapy for pregnant women.

*the effect of yoga therapy to reducing stress among working women in IT professionals
