: Different organizations have a different work culture, language, job titles and organizational structures to achieve their strategic goals. My approach is to have a conversation with a leader / functional manager in the organization, to understand his/her vision, objectives and priorities, and gain a sense of the culture and language - so I can asses the 'fit' and customize my resume, proposals and supporting documentation appropriately.
