My optional community service (learning contract) project
Agreement |
By signing this optional learning contract I will try to complete my training in basic wiki editing skills to achieve the status of a Wikibuddy. In return for this free training opportunity, I will give the gift of knowledge by donating or developing at least one free content resource licensed under a CC-BY-SA or CC-BY license which can be used by myself (and others) on WikiEducator. |
Brief description of project |
I would like to explore opportunites to maximise the benefits of policy frameworks to enhance youh participation in governance and development processes, more so, as key development partners. opportunities to provide inclusive policy formulation and implementation will be explored especially at decentralised levels to build capacities of young people to be 'owners' and 'drivers' of community development processes. Demystifing perceptions that policies can only be generated and implemented at central level and by adults only could be an avenue towards getting a larger population participating in policy formulation, advocacy and implementation processes. |
