## Professional background

Professional Background - University lecturer for approximately 20 years in the extra-mural and distance learning arm of the University of Guyana. Headed one of the Institute's Regional Centres for almost 15 years,acted as Director of the Institute for 3 years. Presently functions as the Deputy Director.

Write something here .Has completed research studies in areas such as functional literacy, learner motivation, blended learning, needs analysis in ODL, and ODL and community development, among others. Also attended workshops/seminars held in Guyana as well as in other countries.

 Agreement By signing this optional learning contract I will try to complete my training in basic wiki editing skills to achieve the status of a Wikibuddy. In return for this free training opportunity, I will give the gift of knowledge by donating or developing at least one free content resource licensed under a CC-BY-SA or CC-BY license which can be used by myself (and others) on WikiEducator. Brief description of project Associate degree for Administrative Professionals -Completing a course in customer care for Admin. Professionals at the Associate Degree level.
