This is a user page for Mr Francisco B Kelebeng from the Department of Out of school Education and Training (DOSET), in the Ministry of Education Skills Development (MOESD), in Botswana. I am the Project Officer dealing specifically with Project Management, Genaral administration(HR and ofice operations), and ICT in DOSET. In addition to my stipulated work I am also interested in research work using the WE. I need to learn more about computing, esp the WE. I need someone to tutor me in WE so that I could research and acquaint myself with the latest technological advancement to be globally competent in e-learning
