I realized that Maths and Physics were my strong subjects, hence I decided to pursue BSc.(Hons) Electronics. I joined Hansraj College in 1991. Thereafter I did my Master's in Electronics from University of Delhi, South Campusin 1993. Further, I did my Master of Philosophy in Electronics from University of Delhi South Campus. I did my PhD in Microelectronics at Semiconductor Device Research Laboratory, Department of Electronic Science, University of Delhi South Campus in 2001. I joined the Department of Electronic Science,Acharya Narendra Dev College, University of Delhi. as a Lecturer in 1995 and am currently an Associate Professor there.My current research interests include modeling and simulation of HEMT and MISHEMT devices for microwave frequency applications.I have over 40 technical publications in various international journals and conferences.
