The first step in preparing your Review of Learning presentation is to ensure your CV is up-to-date and reflects the breadth of responsibilities and activities you have been involved in. Think also about your voluntary and any other unpaid work and other major leisure activites. These are also relevant, and may contain very significant sources of learning as your paid work.


Thinking Point

The second step is the development of your learning over time; in addition to giving brief descriptions of your paid and unpaid activities, it is also a good idea to identify what you have achieved in each job you have done, and note how it prepared you to move onto the next one. This may help you begin to identify key learning from each role and reveal themes of learning from your various roles
