At the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Define Multimedia and describe its likely growth
  • Describe the fundamental elements of multimedia
  • Describe the impact of Multimedia on business and industry
  • Describe current and competing multimedia standards
  • Describe the principals of good multimedia application design
  • Describe the hardware and software platform required to develop and run a multimedia presentation
  • Create and modify multimedia elements, including text, graphics and images, audio and video
  • Combine multimedia elements in an authoring package
  • Identify clients needs and document requirements using a storyboard
  • Design and implement an appropriate multimedia solution to meet client needs
