I work as an Assistant Professor(Mgt.) in Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of professional Studies, New Delhi.My area of specialization is Human Resource Management and I have a good experience of teaching management at both undergraduate and Postgraduate levels.I am very passionate about my profession and feel that academicians can contribute a lot in improving and empowering the society.

Professional background
I have a rich experience in teaching and have been associated with HNB Garhwal University, UP Technical university and IndraPrastha University in my career.I have been deeply involved in teaching as well as coordinating other co-curricular and extracurricular activities for the students in all the places that I have worked.

I am a NET qualified faculty having done my graduation(B.Sc.) from HNB Garhwal university and Post graduation(MBA) from Banaras Hindu University.
