Professional background I am working on development of my skills in e-Learning. I am also working on a project on Training and Development Education I got my Masters in English Literature, Sociology, Distance Education and Management Studies, and acquired my PhD on the topic "Pedagogical Use of Web-Based Technology in Teaching at Secondary and Senior Secondary level Schools. My interests Professional I am keenly interested to work in the areas related to use of ICT in education, e-Learning, student support services, learner motivation in distance education and Training and Development activities. Personal I believe in keeping good health. Therefore, I keep myself physically activity. I am fond of going for long walks in the morning and playing badminton.
