My Interests
Professional
I'm passionate about learning. I love technology and the way it has transformed education.
Personal
I love the arts, graphic design and cinema. Reading and watching movies are my favourite activities over the weekend. I love nature and I don't mind outdoor activities, but I don't get bored if I've to stay home, which really fits with online collaboration.

My Personal Projects
Recently I've developed a web site for Quebec Jazz musician Sylvain Lelièvre. I love Graphic Design, and I continue doing as much of it as I can. Fortunately, the development of online learning resources give me the chance to continue designing.

My Reflection
Technology seems sometimes like a mirage. I love it but I find quite often that we rely too much on it. We forget that it's just medium. We still need to know what we want to do with it and to consider that everybody understands and uses technology in a different way.
Dear Connie, i had seen a short film about glass which depicted mechanization. The beauty of individual creation is lost, but it is fast, uniform and useful for mass production. However when a fault arises, it requires a human to keep a close eye and to rectify it quick so that the process can continue smoothly again. I think you are right when you say that technology is a mode of transport. The user must decide where s/he wants to go. Nice to meet you here. (Kalpana Gupte 18:54, 28 April 2010 (UTC))
