Testing a reply

This is so true. Teaching and Learning are an ongoing and lifelong process and wikieducator definitely provides a collaborative environment where we can and we are actually connecting and communicating with people around the world; while at the same time, encouraging reflection and discussion and creating further understanding through the use of new wiki skills. --Reen.redrose 16:11, 26 November 2010 (UTC) Reena Rajkomar

Wiki helps us to keep in touch with different people all around the world, despite the fact that we are not physically present. Our knowledge increases as time goes on, we become independent individuals, and more open minded. Through Wiki, we get to participate in a collaborative atmosphere, where learning forms a crucial part.

Very true, what I've learnt while working in teaching is that a collaborative atmosphere is a crucial part of meaningful learning as both the teacher and the learner come away from the experience enriched. Wikieducator displays the collaboration that early childhood teachers strive to each within centres on a world wide scale.
