Hi Rashmi,
Glad you are making headway with the project. I don't know of a way to batch upload the images. It is time-consuming. Often when I need/want an image I do a search on commons.wikimedia.org first to see if there is something I could use directly (we can use these images as if they are loaded to WE...makes it really easy). But I doubt images which would suit your needs would be already available.
