another user emptied your Russia page and requested deletion. Would you like it deleted?

Would you send me the user's name, so i can have a look. We have somebody from the Russian Federation in our current L4C online training. http://www.wikieducator.org/EL4C21. He should be able to delete his user page but not the Russia page, set up by others. We are an free / open community. cheers, Patricia
