Introduction
Planning a Presentation
When planning a presentation you need to consider the purpose of the presentation, the method to be used, who is your target audience, any specifications you need to include and has the presentation plan met the brief (the reason you are creating the PowerPoint).
In your plan you need to include any graphics you wish to include and the media you will be using to deliver the presentation. You will need to create a storyboard showing the placement of graphics and text.
