Insert a Slide in an Existing Presentation
Once you have created a presentation you may decide to include a slide but you do not want this slide to be at the end of the presentation. Use the following steps to insert a new slide:
- Using the slide pane on the left hand side of your PowerPoint window click once on the slide you would like to insert a slide after.
For example if you wanted to insert a slide between slides 2 and 3 you would need to click once on slide 2. - Once you have clicked on the slide insert a new slide as you normally would, using the Insert New Slide button and choose the slide layout you would like.
- A new blank slide with the layout you specified will now be inserted.
