In this video David summarises how BCcampus, as a publicly funded institution, provide online collaborative services for all post-secondary institutions in British Columbia (BC), Canada. BCcampus are world leaders in OER development implementing an investment of over CAD$10 million for the shared benefit of all BC institutions. Recently the Minister announced an Open Textbook project for the top 40 courses in BC.
