OERu working groups are constituted in response to the current implementation needs of the network.

The working group structure was first proposed at the 2nd meeting of OERu partners in 2013 in Kamploops, Canada. A number of working groups are permanent in nature while others are dissolved when the agreed objectives have been achieved.
