Is the "Million" in the theory name "Million Pillars Economy" an exact number?

Definitely NOT. In some countries there will be more than a million MSMEs. For instance, as per a World Bank report, there are around 58 million MSMEs in India. But in smaller countries this number can go below a "million". It can be a few hundreds as well. Therefore, in the global context, the word "million" would be representing the idea of collective strength of the small rather than an exact number.
