Researching the Potential of the 3-Os Action Learning model for Continuous Professional Distance Education of Teachers

Goal

• This project aims to research the potential of the 3-Os learning model to develop educators' capacity to develop quality OERs to improve the learning experience and improve student learning outcomes, aligned to MITE's strategic goals.
