Stephen Marshall introduces the e-Learning Maturity Model (eMM)

Based at the University of Victoria Wellington in New Zealand, Dr Stephen Marshall is the lead researcher behind the development of the e-Learning Maturity Model (eMM). The eMM has been developed and refined over the last decade with over 100 organisational capability assessments.

In this video Stephen reflects on why the eMM model was developed and introduces the key concepts of eMM including e-learning processes and the process dimensions and shares the value judgement rationale used in the model.

When viewing this video, you can jot down a few notes on the structural elements of eMM which Stephen introduces. These notes will serve as a starting point for your study of eMM.
