Could we also add a mobile device in addition to the laptop with connection. That's important for the developing world context.

Learners participating out of self interest (i.e. learners who are not studying for formal credit) are important participants - they help with peer learning support. We need to be sure that we don't communicate that OERu is restricted to learners studying for formal academic credit.
Will clearly show this point in the steps.
