Desired Title is set, but real subpage's name is still: Community needs. I just added template: {{MyTitle|What the Community Needs to Do}}. This template personalize page's name.
I also removed this template which forces current page's name same as original page's name:

Wayne, I think, put an addition to my Outcomes page before I started working on it. I do not understand the structure of that table, but I was ready to write out the outcomes so I did so in the format we have been learning in the L4C19 course. Now how do I use the format he put there? --Philbartle 05:22, 2 February 2009 (UTC)
