Many resources have been created to support the development of Open Educational Resources:

WikiEducator: Platform for the development and hosting of OERs, and also a source of tutorials and other support infrastructure on OER development and IP licensing: http://wikieducator.org/Main_Page

The Creative Commons portal provides free licenses and support for OERs: http://creativecommons.org

The Wikimedia Commons provides access to more than 18 million CC-licensed graphics and video files: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Main_Page
