What activities are required for successful implementation of the "WikiEducator Community College idea" (substitute with agreed name for the initiative) and how will this be done?

• Collaborate to co-develop courses (where overlapping) with initiatives with similar aims? ie. School of Open (P2PU and Creative Commons): http://p2pu.org/en/schools/school-of-open/. More info: http://blogs.p2pu.org/blog/2011/11/29/the-school-of-open/. Esp. since both projects will be using CC BY-SA.
