Professional background
Am Timothy Waegao graduating with diploma in Youth Work Development and Teacher in profession for the last seven years.Now the youth development work is interesting whilst the transition between childhood to a youth age is an experience discovered more remarkably in respect to youth development..Been in Youth Work for the last six years, Working with several NGOs, CBOs and individual youth groups to establish Youth councils in the Provinces and Provincial Youth Stakeholders Coordinating & Monitoring Committee. developing and formulating Provincial Youth Policies and an Action Plan.Up skill training been facilitated with PYCs were the projects implemented so far. Follow up and refresher workshops with these establishment is recommended and will continue as one of the Solomon Islands Government policy priorities. More feedbacks and help in this work is highly anticipated. Write something here ...

| Brief description of project<This training module presents youth development concepts and principles, describes a youth development system, and identifies system-building processes and strategies. It is intended for an audience comprised of Youth Council members and Workforce Board members. It may be presented to any size group, but is designed primarily for groups of less than 50. br> | <Enter a brief description of the content resource or WikiEducator project you would like to work on here> Attendees will be able to: 1. Articulate both the universal developmental needs of all youth and principles for facilitating positive youth development 2. Identify and analyze a youth development system 3.
