Hi,
My name is Theo Whittaker, Executive Director of Community Education Computer Society of Namibia CECS Namibiaand also the Chairman of the eLearning Centre of the country.
I started this not for profit organization in August of 2003.I am enjoying this venture and we as an organization have become very successful and we are one of the stronger training arms for the Ministry of Education in Namibia.
