I am a Civil Engineer by training, specialized in Hydroinformatics, Hydraulics and Hydrology as well as Integrated Water Resources Management and Sustainable Water Management.
Education
Ph.D. (Hydroinformatics) from UNESCO-IHE, Delft, M.Sc. (Computational Hydraulics) from UNESCO-IHE, Delft, Dip.H.E. (Computational Hydraulics) from UNESCO-IHE, Delft, M.E. (Water Resources Planning, development and Management) from Yangon Technological University, B.E. (Civil) from Yangon technological University, Yangon, Myanmar.
Also attended many certificate courses and short courses after obtaining the Ph.D. degree from delft, The Netherlands such as Integrated Coastal Zone Management, Gender and Water, Peace Building, Gross National Happiness, Public Policy Implementation towards Happy Society, International Diplomatic Skills Trainings, Leadership Training, coaching and mentoring, etc.

Brief description of project |
<Module Natural Sciences - Main Subject: Sustainable Environmenting - Theory:
• To give the students some insights into UNESCO’s second thematic field of action, namely natural sciences and its link with education • To zoom in on the demographic, social, educational, gender-related, natural and systemic variables related to sustainable development • To rediscover the role of the future in current-day planning • To understand the rationale of the United Nations Decade of Education for Sustainable Development (2005-2014) and UNESCO’s role in it.
