CURRENT POSITION M.U.Paily is a teacher educator employed with National Council of Educational Research and Training(NCERT) ,New Delhi and is currently posted at Regional Institute of Education, Bhopal, India as Reader in Education.In charge of the Educational Technology Center and is the Coordinator for the EDUSAT programmes AREAS OF EXPERTISE Educational Technology, Teaching of Science, Organizational Behaviour, E-Learning, Portfolio Assessment, Action research, and Constructivism MY INTERESTS

A National Winner of the Intel Awards for the Best Integration of Technology in Teacher Education. It was an effort in integrating information and communication technology in teacher education through action research and e-portfolio assessment.
