Introduction
I'm Leonardo Thomas Pott Sr., a lecturer at the University of Belize. I have been in the teaching profession for twenty seven years. I have taught at the primary, briefly at the secondary level, at the Teachers College' and now at the'University.
Presently, I'm the elected faculty member to the University Board of Trustees and the elected faculty member to the Faculty Council. I also serve as the advisor to the student government association on the Belmopan Campus.
I have taught the following courses in the Associate and Bachelor Degrees at the University of Belize: Developmental English, English 111, English 112, Teaching Methods,Classroom Assessment, Research Methods, Managing the Regular and Multi-grade Classroom,Social Context of Schooling, Educational Philosophy, Educational Psychology, Educational Administration and Supervision and Individual Study. I have also supervised student-interns at both the associate and bachelor levels.
Education
Presently I'm pursuing my doctorate in Higher Education with an emphasis on Administration at Oklahoma State UniversityItalic text.
