I am Karthik S. Acharya, practicing as an Advocate
at Ernakulam. I am 27 years. My family is
consisting of father, mother, brother & sister.
I live in Fort Kochi, a jewel in the crown
of Kerala with its European heritage and
true cosmopolitan temperament. I associate
with Kottam Associates Legal Consultancy and Para
Legal Services, which is one of the leading legal consultancy in
Kerala. I practiceReiki energy healing

Professional background

I am an Advocate by profession, practicing at Ernakulam.... I work with 'Kottam Associates Legal Consultancy and Para Legal Services. have undertaken myriad duties like : - Managing cases pending before Civil, Criminal, Family courts, CDRF (Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum), DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal), Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Industrial Tribunal, etc. - Filing of all kinds of Suits, Summary Suits, Appeals & Revisions (Both Civil & Criminal) before the High Court as well as the District Courts. Conducting research work and finding case laws, handling procedural aspects in various courts, interacting with clients, taking instructions and preparing them for trials etc. - Providing management consultancy services by undertaking legal research, legal document/agreement reviews etc. .

What I have realized about me is irresponsibility, laziness, anger, non tolerance are the failures in my life, which are not letting me to finish my part. Two years before I have started website and blogging with all my Enthusiasm but after a few days it started lowering and the website is still remaining as an infant.
