Dear Alison, There was a problem with my receiving messages, so I only found them right now. Hence the unresponsiveness to you. Sorry about this. As for your categorisation of country pages, Russian Federation I believe is the correct one and we should use this. You could just move the content to the correct page if there is content on the "Russia" page, and request the deletion of the page on the Russia page by entering the curly bracket before/after the word "Delete".
