Thanks for the discussion, to me i think the starting point on the discussion on the use of ICT in enhancing youth participation in sustainable enterprise development is the access of ICT related skills, equipment and infrastructure.most of the use are not even accessible on to the basic ICT infrastructure e.g internet, computers e.t.c
