Suggestions to improve page

Hi,

I have a few suggestions for improving this page:

1. Update the instructions to reflect the new functionality of the image page.
2. Move the instructions included here to a page titled, "Uploading images" to reflect the toolbox function "Upload images".
3. Add more instructional content related to naming images, copyright, and such (e.g., see w:Wikipedia:Uploading images for ideas).

Thoughts? Suggestions?
