Signatures
I created a separate table for Approval signatures, as there are likely to be more of us wanting to "sign" who haven't previously participated in the workgroup. It was a challenge trying to get my signature in the appropriate column in the original table.
I left the original table, because it contains "signatures" although some may actually be in the wrong column.
Many thanks. I removed the second column of the members table (seemed tidier) but later reinstated it and Wayne clarified the wording. Further comment in this thread.
