Required sections?

Would it be useful to add required sections? Then the template could be adjusted to include these and take the form:

{{Approved Charter|title= ...|Work Group= ...|Contact= [[User:...]]|Short Description= ...| ... etc.}}

The display could include a table similar the one on this page: WE Workgroups Guidelines.

Great idea to have basic info about the group right at the top.

And to take this idea a step further, would it be useful/possible to have the template indicate the charter's status: in development, approved, in redevelopment? Or maybe a different template for each one.
