Oliver Harrison cited as author

OERu has a style guide suggesting that author and photographer names not be in the image caption. We have adopted this guideline for ART100, unless the artist is pertinent to the content, which is often the case. In the other instances, the copyright information is available on the image page.

Given this style guide, I suggest that we remove Oliver Harrison's name from the images on this page that he donated to the project.
