LiquidThreads installation

Is it possible for someone to provide information about LiquidThreads installation. I am working on an internal wiki where we are interested in utilizing LiquidThreads, but I am unable to get it to work. A number of the hooks inside the code don't seem to have any referents, so I believe the code in the extensions download folder may be incomplete.
