Hello templates

I took the liberty of moving the hello template from Avinashoojorah's user page to the discussion page because I thought the user was one of my students. You are so considerate Dmccabe. Thanks for this...In fact, we started giving Welcome message to every new comer to WikiEducator, without any thoughts that the person may be in a group and the leader has right to sent-out first message. I will remeber this. User:Pankaj
Actually, I think it is nice that new users get a welcome from anyone in the community. That was a feature my students enjoyed over in the education wikia. Kirk would give them unsolicited advice and help on formating and structure and it was very welcome, so I would continue to welcome folks. My reason for moving the template to discussion was more to permit the template to be used to establish the user page. So, thanks for being welcomingDmccabe 17:42, 14 January 2008 (CET)
