Free Cultural Works definition
While is it ok for WikiEducator to apply the Free Cultural Works definition to it's content I think that this is still quite open to debate as a benchmark for an Open Educational Resource movement within New Zealand. Applying this as a pre-requisite before debate/discussion on whether this applies to the "culture" of New Zealand or the "culture" of OER production/dissemination in this context seems a bit premature.
