Developing a lesson in wiki

Hi Darsana, Sorry I'm so long getting back to you about your progress. A lesson would be the specifics for teaching/learning about a particular topic. If you go looking around at what people are working on, you can find some very good examples. Watch the "Recent changes" page.

A content resource is anything educational. These are usually larger and more complex...multiple pages, interactive, etc.

I noticed that you started a page to be a portal for your school Nirmala Higher Secondary School Aluva. Although this isn't strictly speaking, a content resource, but it is a wonderful project. If you were to build this out a bit more, I think it would suffice to show your level of wiki editing skills and would be contribution that others can benefit from (which is the idea of WikiEducator). There a few other school portals that you can use as examples for ideas on what you could include. Here is a category listing many NZ school portals: Category:OERNZ School Portal, see Albany Senior High School, in particular. Also see Ort Gutman High School. I think there are more school pages, just not finding them with the search categories that we have.

Hope this is helpful. Let me know if you need further assistance. Alison

p.s. Note that other wikieducators will not usually notice a post made to your user talk page. So if you have a question, it's best to ask it other places, as you have done. :-)
