Could be better...
This is really important. Where do the following need to be added
- Moodle and other open source LMSs should be examples - I'd recommend eliminating references to proprietary LMSs but we aren't there yet.
- strategies to circumvent "threats" - problems, opportunities (rather than threats?) - lots of low points self-grading quizzes, essay and short-answer questions, discussion participation, assignments with student reflection
