Internal links can be managed using both codes. I'd would say the aspect of external link is a bit more visible because of the icon, no big deal. I have found that there is not a strict wiki-norm :-)
I am very happy to see all the progress you have made in such a short period of time. I love the OpenOffice development :-)
I am starting to develop an Algebra course which is going to be used as supporting material for a f2f math course targeting tertiary grade learners. Hope soon I am able to give more details. I want to get deeper in the blended learning approach.
