I suggest we proceed with the activity (approved or not) and see how important the issue is for the Council. Approval would add weight to the document if ever need arises to refer anyone to it.
Yup, agree to leaving it as is, with the understanding that we can move ahead without "official" approval.
I'm hoping to get a block of time in the next two weeks to take a hard look at the 1st draft.
