Hello Anoop, This was a very comprehensive presentation however I have a few suggestions:

1. When you insert a pciture, in the caption ask the user to click the image to see the contents..cos otherwise its not readable
2. Some of the instructions are a bit confusing :

STEPS: Applying Standard Styles

  1. Click anywhere in the line which contains a heading. 

1. You could insert some printscreens of the page you are formatting ( a before-after type)
