Bug - Installation of LQT is registered as a valid message on new User:Talk pages

With reference to new accounts, on the new user's page listing ( http://www.wikieducator.org/index.php?title=Special%3ALog&type=newusers&user=&page=) - LQT shows that all new accounts have a message posted (blue link) when in fact there is no real message on the relevant User's talk page.

Difficult to manage personal welcome messages for new account holders.

We should consistently show red links when there's no LQT thread association. Might be a bit tricky though.

Not tricky, but it could be expensive.

Yea, i agree. I've been finding this a bit annoying. Its funny how you become quite unconsciously accustomed to the simplest of navigation clues ... and actually how effective they were.
