Inserting clip art

1. Position your cursor where you would like your clipart picture to be inserted in the document.
2. From the Insert Tab select Clip Art
3. The Clip Art search box will appear in the task pane on the right of the Word screen as shown below:
   
   
   
   
4. Click in the Search for box and type a keyword for the picture you would like to insert e.g. castle
5. Click the Go Button
   
   You may have to wait a moment while a selection of pictures matching your description will appear
6. Look through the pictures and click on one you like
7. Select Insert
   
   
   
   

Your picture will now be inserted in your document

Inserting images from a file

1. Position your cursor where you would like your image to be inserted in the document.
2. From the Insert Tab select Picture
3. Navigate to the folder where your picture is stored
4. Choose the image to be inserted
5. Click Insert
