I just finished my Master's in Education and my thesis had to do with Cooperative Learning, the bases for Collaborative Learning. I hope I can apply what I learned in my classes this semester.--AMF 19:42, 10 August 2010 (UTC)

I would like to continue improving my teaching techniques to provide students with better opportunities to develop their knowledge easily. In addition, one of my goals consists of using new technology withing the classroom to make the classes even more practical for students and in this way to facilitate learning. --Geras 12:41, 11 August 2010 (UTC)

Hello everyone!!! for this semester I would try to know more about all the things related to technology because I tend to get so lost with all this stuff and I will do it to use it in my classes to make them more successful. Actually I use it but just the basic things jeje! Also, I will create more dynamic activities like the ones I have made during my classes, to make my students more interested in the topics. --Flor 12:48, 11 August 2010 (UTC)

hello:

This semester I'd like to get new ideas from other people and in the same way to share my little knowledge with all. To become a better EFL educator means tok me to acquire theory and also use it in your own setting in a way that every one, students and teachers gain something good. Also I need to manage the technology, in this moment it is difficult for me.--Ricardomedina 13:58, 12 August 2010 (UTC)

I think that interaction and sharing experiences is essential in the teaching and learning process and I also consider that technology is a very useful tool for the interaction between teachers and students and among teachers themselves so I really want to know more about wikieducator and many other tools related to technology. --Fermont 13:02, 11 August 2010 (UTC)

Discussion
Consider the following questions, add your name as a heading and let us know what you think:
  • Do you have any concerns about the quality of educational resources developed using an open authoring approach? If so, what are your concerns? If not, how does an open authoring approach contribute to high quality learning materials?
  • In your opinion, should closed or open authoring approaches be used in the development of learning resources for use in education? Give reasons for your view?
  • What mechanisms can be adopted to assure quality of educational content developed in wiki environments?
  • Once you have laid out your thoughts here, you are invited to join the attempt to synthesize the various perspectives into one coherent document.
