Explore how you describe your specialty expertise and what it means to bring that expertise to vocational teaching role.

Consider the following questions: What is my specialist area of expertise? Before becoming a tertiary educator, what roles did I hold in my specialist area of expertise? What knowledge and skills did I require for those roles? How do I use those skills and knowledge in my teaching role? What am I now doing that is different from those previous roles? How can I move from novice to expert as a teacher?
